We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or force majeure events. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via the email address associated with your order, where available. Tracking information is provided by the carrier and may not reflect real-time updates.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us promptly so that we may initiate a claim with the carrier on your behalf. We are not liable for damage or loss that occurs after delivery has been confirmed.
